• You'll be kept updated on progress with regular site meetings and we'll always provide written electronic updates to any variations or additional items as they may occur.
• The works will be carried out to the highest standards of workmanship. Aside from our supervised trainee's, you shoud only expect highly trained and skilled craftsmen working on your project.
• You won't have to pay a large sum up front. We make payments easy with staged installments paid retrospectivly of the work progress. We do not ask for final payment before satisfactory completion of the project along with a detailed final statement & completion certificates.
• We have a firm commitment to Health and Safety on all our sites.
• We constantly clear and tidy work areas, leaving your road and property tidy during and after works, and we do not tolerate unprofessional behavior on site.
• We are NHBC registered builders, which means our new homes adhere to the latest building regulations and energy requirements, and our work is covered by the NHBC 10 year warranty.
• We are friendly, diligent and hard working. We take great pride in our work and try our best to never let you down.
